đ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó ż The Scottish National Road Relays took place at Livingston on the traditional course for the fifteenth time. The event consists of teams of 6 men and 4 women.
đđźââď¸ Two complete teams of women Harriers travelled the 30-mile trip to Livingston to take part. The first of the Harriers team got off to a good start with a 21:37 recorded by Emma Rogerson. The second Harrier, Kristina Greig, ran 38:33 on the longer second leg. Angela Campbell had another excellent run clocking 23:06. The team was anchored home by Katherine Hylands in a time of 42:49. This clinched 14th place for the team.
Kirsty Stewart 25:02 ran first for the Harrier's other team handing over to Becky Simister who ran an excellent 41:41. Mags Meehan, in her first relay for the club, ran well on the day 27:15. The team was anchored home by Stephanie Rudd 46:52 with the team finishing in 23rd place.
đđť There was one full Harriers male team and an incomplete team participating in the relays. The Harriers complete team of Lee Shaw 18:13, Colin Thomas 31:25, Rhys Williams 18:13, Fraser Armstrong 33:15, Adam Stark 17:04, and John Carr 32:50 ran well collectively and deservedly finished in 11th place.
The incomplete team of Matthew Brown, Jamie McLaughlin, and Michael Meehan ran very well on the day.
